At Fila, we stand behind the quality of our athletic apparel and footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process to ensure tracked delivery.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging, including all tags and the original packing slip, before sealing the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
